How do payment plans work?

Pay a deposit to confirm your seat, then settle the balance in scheduled instalments via secure payment links.

Can I book for a group?

Yes. A lead traveller books multiple seats and captures each passenger's details, then manages a single payment plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

EFT and secure online card payments (where enabled). You'll receive a payment link for each instalment.

Is my deposit refundable?

Refund terms depend on the specific trip. Please contact us before booking if you have questions.

When is the balance due?

Your instalment schedule is set when your booking is confirmed, and we send reminders before each due date.
